Sloth Ghost is one of the location-driven ghosts that helps each chapter keep its own personality. The guide anchors it to Firehouse, so the encounter feels like a haunting that belongs in that space rather than a random specter dropped in to fill a combat slot.

This is still a trap fight, but it is not one to play lazily. Read the obvious attack tells, keep enough room to avoid the cheap hits, wear Sloth Ghost down with the Proton Stream, and only settle into the trap once the fight is actually under control.
