The enemy roster in Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime mixes classic-feeling hotel and street hauntings with slime creatures, spiders, cemetery monsters, and a final demon payoff. This page keeps the main threats grouped by where they matter most.

Hotel and early-game ghosts

  • Slimer – shows up in the opening Sedgewick run and helps the first level still feel rooted in familiar Ghostbusters territory.
