The cast page is the fast roster. This page goes one step further and gives each important character a short bio, so the section has a real character reference instead of a bare name dump.

The playable rookie team

Alan Crendall

Alan, also called A.C., is one of the four playable rookies. He joins the junior team in part because of the damage Janosz Poha did to his family, which gives the story a personal angle instead of treating Janosz like a random returning face.

Samuel Hazer

Samuel is the paranormal studies major of the team. He is the rookie who most openly sounds like somebody who really wanted this job, not just a paycheck, and that enthusiasm helps give the group some Ray-style energy.

Bridget Gibbons

Bridget is a New Yorker of Asian-American descent who answered the Ghostbusters ad and turned out to be a natural fit. Her profile leans harder on instinct than on academic obsession, which gives the rookie lineup a useful contrast.

Gabriel Sitter

Gabriel is the physics and quantum-physics-minded member of the squad. He tends to read hauntings through the science lane first, which makes him a good counterweight to Samuel’s more lore-driven instincts.

Firehouse and field support

Geoff

Geoff is the Ecto-4WD driver and the guy who keeps showing up when the rookie team needs a pickup, a detour, or a fast escape. He is not the star of the game, but the street levels do not work without him.

Peter, Ray, Egon, Winston, and Janine

The original Ghostbusters are not playable here, but they are still part of the story’s spine. Ray and Egon especially matter because the rookie team’s equipment, briefings, and analysis all flow through the Firehouse. Janine keeps the operation grounded and helps the game still feel connected to the classic setup.

Story-side wild cards and villains

Janosz Poha

Janosz is more than a cameo. The game uses him as a bridge back to Ghostbusters II, then folds him directly into the relic plot. His connection to Alan also gives the rookie team a stronger emotional stake than a simple monster-of-the-week setup would have.

Ismael / Dr. Michael Tesmon

Ismael, also operating as Dr. Michael Tesmon, is the last living member of the Cult of Dumazu and the main human schemer in the game. He manipulates Janosz, hides in plain sight, chases the Relic of Nilhe, and pushes the whole campaign toward the final ritual.

Dumazu the Destroyer

Dumazu is the supernatural end point of the story. The shards, the hauntings, and the boss encounters all feed back into his return, which is why the last stage feels like the campaign cashing in everything it has been building.

If you want the mission order that these characters move through, head to the level list. If you want the creatures and bosses they fight, use the ghost list.
