Story
A high-spectrum meta-specter, this entity most often takes the form of a large feathered serpent, though it can assume other forms if it wishes. Once worshiped by the Aztec people as a god, Quetzalcoatl is a powerful being rumored to have control over the winds, although that could easily be explained away as standard spectral telekinesis. Quetzalcoatl manifests often, seeking the devotion it once enjoyed as a god.
