Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime runs through 12 levels. Some are standard on-foot clearing missions, some are vehicle-heavy street sequences, and a few are straight boss encounters. This page keeps the whole campaign in one place.
- Training Day – Sedgewick Hotel. The rookie team’s first real field mission. It introduces the hotel threat mix and ends with Master Chef LaBlog. There are four Stay Puft collectibles here. Boss guide.
- Asylum Brawl – Parkview Mental Hospital. The team follows the readings to Parkview, meets Dr. Michael Tesmon, and fights through hospital ghosts before the Electroshock Construct boss. Boss guide.
- River of Ooze – Sewers. The game leans harder into slime enemies, blue-aura combat, and sewer navigation before the Slime Golem fight. Boss guide.
- NYC Mayhem – New York City streets. The first Ecto-4WD chase level. Geoff drives while the rookies hold off attackers from the back of the vehicle.
- Subway Smasher – Street and metro station boss fight. This is a focused battle against the Subway Smasher, and the team earns a Relic of Nilhe shard by winning. Boss guide.
- Graveyard Plot – St. Joseph Cemetery. The shortest path back to the Firehouse gets ugly fast. Snombie Slimes, Gravedigger Ghosts, and the Grotesque control this part of the campaign. Boss guide.
- Back to the Sedgewick – Sedgewick Hotel. The team circles back after the Firehouse learns more about the relic. Cook Ghosts return, Nocnitsa takes over the hotel, and another shard is on the line. Boss guide.
- Mean Streets – New York City streets. The second Ecto-4WD sequence. The streets crack open, the team gets run off course again, and the campaign pushes toward another sewer drop.
- Lair of the Huge Spider – Sewers. Spider-heavy sewer run with Muck Masters, Slime Hands, and the Huge Spider waiting at the end. Five Stay Puft collectibles are tucked into this one. Boss guide.
- Gates of the Dead – St. Joseph Cemetery. The cemetery escalates into statue attacks, more graveyard threats, and the Tomb Effigy boss. Another relic shard drops here. Boss guide.
- Parkview Retribution – Parkview Mental Hospital. The shards pull back together and the team returns to Parkview for a boss-rush stage that revisits most of the major threats from earlier in the game. Boss guide hub.
- Temple of the Destroyer – Final boss stage. The campaign finishes with a two-part fight against Ismael the Deceiver and then Dumazu the Destroyer. Ismael guide and Dumazu guide.
