Ghostbusters has a deeper tabletop history than a lot of fans realize. Beyond the headline board games, there are card-game tie-ins, classic roleplaying books, and crossover releases that each show a different side of how the franchise made the jump from screen to game table.
This hub pulls those releases together so you can jump straight to the big co-op boxes, track down the smaller card games, revisit the West End Games RPG line, or browse the oddball crossovers and expansions that widened the tabletop shelf over the years.
Board games
The board-game side of Ghostbusters ranges from the large co-op miniatures boxes to lighter family titles and older licensed games. The easiest place to start is with Cryptozoic’s two big anchor releases, then work outward into their related expansion pages, the smaller stand-alone games, and the vintage Real Ghostbusters entries.
Card games
Not every tabletop release came in a giant box. Ghostbusters also picked up smaller card-game treatments, including quick-play licensed sets and multiple branded UNO versions tied to different eras of the franchise.
Roleplaying games
The tabletop RPG line is one of the most important pieces of the franchise’s gaming history. West End Games’ original books did more than license the name; they helped shape the fast, funny paranormal tone that later Ghostbusters games and tie-ins kept echoing.
Crossovers and other licensed games
Some Ghostbusters tabletop releases lived in crossover territory, while others took the form of familiar board-game brands or licensed mash-ups. This section keeps those side roads visible without mixing them into the main parent-game expansion structure.
- Ghostbusters x Men in Black: Ecto-Terrestrial Invasion
- Clue: Ghostbusters Edition
- Monopoly: Ghostbusters Edition
- Zombicide Limited Edition Ghostbusters Packs
The larger Cryptozoic expansions are listed under their parent games in the board-game section above.
