Story
In life, Tony Scoleri was an enforcer for his mother‘s criminal organization. Despite his thin frame, he was as strong as an ox, and a very effective enforcer – he robbed, murdered, and extorted victims throughout the tri-state area until his arrest, conviction, and execution by electric chair. Pulled back to this plane of existence by negatively-charged mood slime, Tony manifested as a full torso apparition still sparking with electricity, and just as much of a bully as ever.
